Professor Camilla Foged appointed as Member for the mRNAVAC WP
The European Pharmacopoeia Commission decided in June 2022 to start working on strategy and standards for mRNA vaccines by stablishing the mRNAVAC Working Party.
The mRNAVAC Working Party will develop a consolidated strategy for future standards addressing these vaccines and their components.
The new Working Party has recruited specialists with experience in the formulation of mRNA vaccines and the analytical procedures used in the quality control of these vaccines and their components from licensing authorities, official medicines control laboratories, industry and academia.
