Differentiation between a pathogenic and a non-pathogenic form of Gyrodactylus salaris using PCR-RFLP

A new method based on PCR-RFLP is presented. It is able to differentiate between the Danish non-pathogenic form of Gyrodactylus salaris and the Norwegian pathogenic form.
