Research Seminar: Mapping the scientific resources within Copenhagen Centre for Regulatory Science (CORS)
CORS would like to invite you and your colleagues to its first research seminar.
Multi-disciplinary research is necessary for efficient and safe drug development and life cycle management, and we need your help to identify gaps in the regulatory pathways.
Aim of the seminar
To establish a mutual understanding of the CORS Regulatory Science framework, the span of CORS research disciplines and discover opportunities for research collaborations.
This is done through presentations from representatives of the CORS partners and through following break-out sessions.
The break-out sessions will be made up of group discussions between academia, industry and DHMA representatives. Each group will map the individual research disciplines, their influence on each other, and how they cover the Regulatory Science framework, which will contribute to the overall mapping of CORS scientific resources.
Time and place
The seminar will take place:
- Monday the 23rd of November 2015 from 9 am to 4 pm
- at University of Copenhagen, Main building, Frue Plads, Auditorium 1 (arrive through the main entrance, then turn left)
Lunch will be served.
With kind regards,
Mikkel Lindskov Sachs, Industrial PhD Student at Novo Nordisk and University of Copenhagen.
Merete Schmiegelow, Senior Director, Regulatory Policy, Novo Nordisk Honory Industrial Ambassador in Regulatory Science at the University of Copenhagen
Ole J. Bjerrum, Professor emeritus Systems biology, Department of Drug Design and Pharmacology
Christine Hallgreen, Assistant professor CORS, Department of Pharmacy.
The Copenhagen Centre for Regulatory Science (CORS) is a newly formed Research Center. CORS partners include members from academia, industry and health authorities.
